Ski and snowboard season is right around the corner, and it's time to get your body ready to start your season off strong! This 8-week Injury Prevention and Conditioning Program targets the muscles and movements you need to charge hard on your first day out and stay healthy all season long. Our minimalist program does not require access to a gym or fancy equipment—all you need is a little open space and the motivation to start your season in mid-season form!

The program includes:

  • Four unique phases that are each 2 weeks

  • Exercises that focus on:

    • Lower body strength and power

    • Balance

    • Flexibility

    • Core strength and endurance

  • Workouts will take between 35-50 minutes to complete

  • A PDF outlining program details (Lifetime Access!)
